Standard and Extended Warranty All LEVELFIX instruments come with a standard factory warranty of 1 year against material and manufacturing defects. You can extend this period free of charge to [4 / 7] years* by registering your instrument within 4 weeks of purchase.

• The warranty period starts from the original date of purchase.

• Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

How to claim warranty? The fastest way for service is through your official LEVELFIX dealer. You can also fill out the repair form on our website.

• Always include (a copy of) the original proof of purchase.

• Send the instrument in its original case or an equivalent, secure packaging to prevent transport damage. Damage occurring during transport due to inadequate packaging is not covered by the warranty.

Exclusions and Limitations We carefully evaluate each instrument. If the defect is not caused by material or manufacturing defects, we will provide an assessment and quote. The following items are excluded from the [4/7] year warranty:

• Wear Parts: Parts subject to normal wear and tear through use.

• Power & Accessories (6 months warranty): Included batteries, rechargeable batteries, chargers, cables, and separate holders/clamps.

• User Errors: Defects due to dropping, impact, humid storage, or use contrary to the manual.

• Unauthorized Intervention: Damage from repairs performed by unauthorized parties or modifications to the product.

• Non-Original Parts: Defects caused by using non-original accessories or tripods.

Other Provisions This extended warranty is personal and non-transferable; it applies only to the user who registered the product.

LEVELFIX reserves the right to modify these terms. This factory warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect them.

*Not all our products are eligible for extended warranty. You can easily see which products qualify in the registration form. Our CONSTRUCT lasers receive a 7-year extended warranty. The CONSTRUCT models are 860H and 860HVS.
